Here is some speculation on what some of those new items from the VD store might be.

662,N4-160f Turret seems to be the canard turret currently found on the Super Hornet. This would be a wise purchase for any normal Hornet owner because it gives you two more gimballed guns.

These are obviously camouflage styles. It is possible that these are skins are just for the buggy, as people have discovered that in the PTU patch notes it lists several new skins.
