Disco confirms that the Scythe is very unlikely to ever go on sale again (other than its current availability in the $15,000 USD Completionist pack). Source
CIG are considering a lower cost starter pack focused on just playing the FPS, likely excluding Arena Commander, a ship, and Squadron 42. However, don’t expect to see it until well after the FPS is released. Source 1, Source 2
CIG are planning to roll out Star Marine by Citizen number because it seems like the best and fairest way. Source
The fabled Manticore ship is a Military Support ship being developed for Squadron 42. Source
Chelsea is looking for feedback on possible Concierge perks. Also! Citizen cards may make a return for Concierge backers who want one, for a small fee. Source
Thruster tuning will be revisited. “The game is absolutely not done, and additional balance and tweaking will continue to be done to create a flight experience that is active, enjoyable, and an effective component of combat.” Source
Main thrusters are intended to become more critical than they currently are. Source
Calix is actively working on controller balance and changing the interaction between combat and flight mechanics, to hopefully allow you to feel more connected to your ship. Source
Boost changes coming in Star Citizen Alpha 1.2. Working on a better default tuning for ESP. Agrees that combat should be changed to give piloting a greater degree of influence. Source
In the future you will be able to mix and match differences pieces of different character armour sets. Source
Character reactions to ruined limbs are in Star Marine right now but are at a basic level, will be expanded later. Source
Eventually, different animations will be used for reloading a weapon whilst injured. Source
Solving the problems with the way Star Citizen is patched is difficult but not impossible. Some changes to the game engine will be required. Source

Antialiasing is an important issue for CIG to solve. Multiple approaches being worked on including the Console Variable settings and art changes. Source
Lighting is not complete and is still being worked on. Source
Area lights have been fixed and will be used extensively. Source
CIG experimenting with multiple patch delivery methods. Considering making smaller PAK files which should result in smaller patches. Source

June 9th – Have mobiGlas, will travel!
June 10th – Back on set in London!
June 11th – Ready for launch!
June 12th – Another great day working on Squadron 42!
